“In 2016, the Town Council for the Town of Advance began looking into options to keep excellent levels of service for our Water and Wastewater Utilities, and at the same time, cut our overhead costs as the utilities were in a negative cash flow. As Clerk-Treasurer, I have to admit I was extremely leery at the thought of not having a Superintendent constantly checking in making sure everything ran smoothly.

We had several power outages with the rash of severe storms that came through the Town this past spring and summer.
